M-FUND participated in the World of Migrants and Refugee Day 2023

24 September 2023, the M-FUND project participated in the World of Migrants and Refugee Day 2023 activity at Santitham Temple, Mae Sot District, Tak Province. The activities were organized by the Migrant Rights Promotion Working Group (MRPWG) with a network of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community organizations (CBOs).

The participants included government agencies, private sector officials, a group of Myanmar national workers, and villagers in the area, a total of 350 people.

Every year the World of Migrants and Refugee Day (WDMR) is the last Sunday of September. The Church has been celebrating the World Day of Migrants and Refugees since 1914.
